T de Trepat is our bet to innovate preserving the tradition of our area. Trepat is the autochthonous variety of the Conca de Barberà and it is full of innovation. We want to elaborate a rosé wine through a system of maceration, ripening and selection of the appropriate bunches, so we obtain a unique and special product.
We believe that it is a very easy wine to enjoy. Through this wine, we express the sensuality of the variety from its roots to its fruit. It is a fruit that has future and we are fully committed to the territory.
|Composición||100% Trepat. Made with maceration with the skins for about 14 hours and fermented by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel cold temperature. Aging hacer for a month before filtration and bottling.|
|Aroma||Soft perfums, a mix of fruits and spices, from strawberry and raspberry to a blurry background of pepper and cinnamon|
|Color||"Rosé" colour, of medium intensity, with redish tinges, clean and bright|
|En boca||In the mouth it shows an harmonious balance between freshness and warmth, between the acidity and the alcohol, with an intense and tasty mid-palate and a slightly tannic finish that gives a certain structure and firmness.|
